I don't take Uptravi because of the side effects. The small benefit at my age isn't worth tolerating the pain.

I have gone down to the 1000 micrograms doing much better.

I agree on that. I would really like to change medication off the Uptravi. I'm doing well except for the pain in extremities. That wakes me in the night. Not good!

I had pneumonia 3 times last year. I had the vaccine 3 years ago. I was on oxygen each time in the hospital. I weaned off it each time before being released from the hospital. I don't use oxygen at home. I am 80 , I have PAH. I take Adempas and Uptravi. I seem to be doing well with these except for the pain in legs, buttocks, and arms. This is from the Uptravi.
