I am on a low sodium diet. I find it hard to season foods without salt. I have lots of seasonings including no salt seasonings. But it is hard to get the food to taste good. Any suggestions?

Hi Dianne. Try using Mrs. Dash. It's great if you're on a low salt diet like me.

Fresh peas are good with sautéed garlic, mushrooms, and thyme. I did a quick search for salt free seasonings on Amazon. There are a lot of options available.

I like all, you might start with the original and try it. They seem to be pricey tome. But worth it.
