Members strongly urged someone experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, and voice loss to see a doctor immediately, with several emphasizing that chest pain is a serious warning sign that should never be ignored. Several members shared their own experiences with similar symptoms, including respiratory infections causing voice loss, inhaler side effects from medications like Breztri, and chest pain that improved after treatment for conditions like A-fib. A recurring theme was the importance of advocating for yourself by seeking medical attention promptly, with the community rallying around the message that it's always better to get checked out and not need help than to need it and not go.

In past 2 weeks I have slowly lost my voice. I have no other signs of being sick so this concerned me. I called my pulmonary doctor and went to see my primary yesterday. My primary couldn't find anything wrong and my pulmonary dr. Advised me to not worry and try benadryl but make sure it's not a decongestant. Today my voice seems better. I suggest definitely calling your doctor especially with chest pains, it's better to be safe always i.d rather go in and not need it than need it and not go in! Good luck to you. I.ll pray for you!

I was loosing my voice but figured it was the inhaler (BREZTRI) I went to my Dr. and got off it and sure enough that's what it was & it was also causing a lot of coughing.
