It describes as a rare side effect of this med can be blindness that may be permanent and a loss of hearing.
Has anyone heard of these side effects, and please let me know if anyone has other side effects to have to stop this med.

I haven't heard that but recently they took me off Adcirca bc it made my blood pressure low and my BP med too. I was passing out. That's all I know
I too have had no problems with Tadalafil. My pressure is 46 and I’m on numerous blood pressure medications, my blood pressure has been very hard to control.
I was gasping for breath within an hour of taking my last dose of Uptravi each day. This was suffered after I was taking 400 mcg 3 times a day. After a stay at the hospital I was taken off of it.
My problem with this meditation was I passed out twice but the thing was I had constant congestion and was getting worse.
