Chest Pain

I was just in the kitchen, and I felt a pain in my chest. I know with pulmonary hypertension chest pain is possible. But it was like one of the very few times I felt it. Has anyone else experienced these?

I have PAH and right side heart failure i get chest pain almost everyday. I even have days where my heart rate with clime upto 150 or as low as 60 bpm.

I'm newly diagnosed with severe ph on the right side bad pressure issues I ve been having alot of chest pains latley

Yes I also have severe PAH and right sided heart failure. I get those pains everyday when the pain gets really bad to point of making me sick I go to the ER then usually stuck in the hospital for up to a week or more.
