I was looking over MyChart (my medical records, test results, etc.) when I came across one of the ER doctor's notes from when I was in the ER a while back, and the doctor said I have pulmonary hypertension. When I saw my primary doctor, I told her of my recent discovery and me finding out that I have PH. She didn't seem too concerned & kinda brushed it off, so I didn't say anything more about it. If I were you, I would find a pulmonologist who specializes in pulmonary hypertension. The golden test for PH is a right heart catherization. Find a great cardiologist. If they do not satisfy you with this, find another Dr. Do not settle for less than the best!

Seems to me that your doctors aren't paying attention to you like they should be. My doctors are awesome. They're all keeping an eye on all my illnesses.
Hi π» My docs don't seem to be in a hurry either AND they have differing opinions on my diagnosis. Only the ER staff seemed concerned. In the meantime, I can't breath when I walk and I now have a cannula as a piece of jewelry. I looked up PH specialists in my area and have recently joined The University of Michigan Medical Center. That facility has PH specialists that are WHO certified. I suggest everyone see if there is a Comprehensive PH Center in your area. Best of luck and best of health. π»ππ
