I Was Wondering If Anyone Could Tell Me If At What Point Exercise Would Be Counterproductive To Someone With Ph?

I would like to exercise more and was also wondering if anyone could tell me what the effects of taking a testosterone booster would have on my Pulmonary hypertension?

I can't fully answer your question but when I was researching the effects of estrogen on PAH I believe I read somewhere that T supplementation was good as I remember thinking maybe I should supplement. Suggest you go to the NIH website and ask your question there. Then you get the latest research. The National Library of Medicine is also the greatest resource.
