Anyone Else Wake Up With Their O2 Off?

Anyone Else Wake Up With Their O2 Off?

That has happened to me about 5x now. Should I paper tape it to my face? It is off for at least 3 hr segments. I either forget to put it back on after a trip to the br, or take it off coz it bothers me.

Maybe you could try positioning you tubing to the back. Put the canula in your nose but with the tubing behind your head. Tighten the slide close to your hairline in the back. It makes for a tighter fit. And if you do decide to go the route of taping it to your face, try paper tape. It's a lot less irritating. Good luck!

All the time, some people, take it off, in their sleep. It just is. When I wake up, I just put it back on. I am not taping to me, not wearing a mask.

Same happens to me. Im using a cpap, cover my whole face. I just place the cannula over top of the line. The cpap is a great help, the extra air helps. If the cannula come off, the cpap backs me up. I do like the ideal of reducing the length of the line when i. Go to sleep. Thank you. Better sleeping for you

good morning beautiful lady.
i dont think ill ever get used to sleeping with tubing. it doesnt usually come off my face unless it is old and stiff. ive woke myself up a few times with it around my neck. 🤪
i ended up moving the concentrator to spare room and ran a long tube to come in my room and have the tubing come from behind my headboard. no tubing to trip over. dont have to deal with the heat that thing puts out, and spend most of my time in my room anyway.
