Exercise
Do most have a decrease in 02 when walking or exercising?? If so is it a small difference or one that is noticeable?
That is impossible to answer cause everyone has different reactions to exercise as far as their breathing is concerned.

Idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension!
My oxygen level is at 98 when just sitting without supplemental o2. When I began this journey and was first diagnosed it would go down into the low 70's with walking/exercise!
After 3 years of medication and O2 24/7, my last walk test w/o oxygen it didn't go below 84. If I were to have been carrying something or using stairs it would still have dropped more dramatically, I need o2 at a 5 liter level now while walking. Not the level 8 when I first began! I give humble thanks 🙏 and am so grateful!
I can't walk, so my exercise is nil to none except when I wake up, I do leg lifts while still in bed. I also do some simple arm and twisting exercises just to keep my strength up some. I am in a scooter chair and I can tell you, you lose strength very quickly if you don't exercise. My O2 levels do go down a little, but not unreasonably. It stands to reason. You will need to talk to your doctor about your own particular O2 levels. Good wishes for a good day. Linda B.
The only thing I can say is that in rehab they keep a eye on your 02 levels and mind does drop some. Which they told me to stop walking and do the breathing exercise 🤔you would have to talk to your doctor about it.
