I walk go to the gym and try what ever help strengthen and tone my body start off with 5-15 minutes n build from there what you can stand check with your doctor first 😉 all though my condition I sleep better breath better n I love dancing when I can do so
I have knees that are bone on bone so I cannot walk well at all.........was a nurse for 30 years. I cannot keep my O2 saturation above 80 with walking from one end of the hose to the other. Very poor activity tolerance. I use a cpap with O2 at night. Thinking I need to go on prn O2 also. I have Atrial Fib and a pacemaker so the better my O2 level the better for my heart. I was diagnosed a little over a year ago....notice worsening of symptoms this spring/summer. It limits my functioning with family. Of course, Covid could be deadly in our case. So I stay close to home.
