Your medical team should be able to recommend some you tube exercises for you. One of the best to me is walking to the beat of the music I listen to thru my headphones. Start slow song then a faster beat to get that heart rate up then a slow song to slow it down, repeat ππ₯°πhope some of this helped
I walk up and down my street (I try not to get too far from my house when I am walking by myself) and I have some 2 lb dumbbells that I use to keep my arm strength up. That's about it.
