Members shared a variety of gentle exercises they do to stay active, including walking around the neighborhood or on treadmills, using elliptical machines for short sessions, and doing low-impact aerobics with light weights or resistance bands. Several members described adapting their routines to work around pain or health limitations, such as waiting for post-surgery healing, managing disc disease, or dealing with shortness of breath and back pain. A recurring theme was finding what works for your own body, starting slow, and celebrating small wins like walking to music or simply moving during daily tasks.

Low impact aerobics, stretching exercises, leg lifts using a pulley on arms. If you suffer from disc disease no pain no gain does not apply to you. Your medical team should be able to recommend some you tube exercises for you. One of the best to me is walking to the beat of the music I listen to thru my headphones. Start slow song then a faster beat to get that heart rate up then a slow song to slow it down, repeat 😘πŸ₯°πŸ˜hope some of this helped

I walk up and down my street (I try not to get too far from my house when I am walking by myself) and I have some 2 lb dumbbells that I use to keep my arm strength up. That's about it.
