Sounds like your Mitral Valve is causing the Regurgitation. That can lead to PH.

Those carotid arteries cannot wait friend..1 doc said they're clogged..75% and 90%
But never followed up,
PP sends me to a surgeon who checked and said...one side is 80% the other is 85%..
But...guidelines won't allow surgery until it's a higher percentage...
A few months later..I start with the confusion..etc and one night when severe enough...wife takes me to Ohio state Hospital...E.R.
In minutes they can tell 2 things..carotid blocked severely and ammonia was way too high..
They get the ammonia down ..took 2 days...
Scheduled me for carotid surgery...both sides, same time...and turns out...
Both sides were blocked at 99%!!!! Those incompetent docs I'd scene almost cost me dearly....
I'm not the same...the blockage had caused mini strokes and three years later I still can't organize thoughts or actions to save my life!
You keep going to docs until someone does the surgery...
I was 56 when this happened to me..today at 59, I feel 100...
Do what you must to get it cleaned out now 👍👍👍

You need to have a Right and Left heart cath to evaluate your cardiac pressures for positive diagnosis of Pulmonary Hypertension. If the pressure are within normal ranges, then you dont have PH. Talk to your Cardiologist or Pulmonologist about this test. Also have Obstructive Sleep Apnea ruled out.
