Anyone Using A PAP Machine (specifically A BPAP)

Any suggestions to help with swallowing air, how much assistance did you get when you started, and any machines that seem to work very well? I need to use it, but it's been rough with limited assistance (Dr. office booked solid and rental company is next to useless).

I use a bipap ….I have to use a full mask but a small one. The bridge of my nose is narrow and if its not small air leaks out.

Ate you talking about swallowing air from you oxygen concentrator? If so just breath normally and the air would be swallowed as it is when you're breathing. Maybe I need more than this to answer your question.
